"Die Lebenden" blends two singers, synthesizers, percussion, lights, and video into a unique operatic experience.

4 percussionists: "Nachtwachen of Bonaventura" - static noise transforming into dreamlike richness with abstract, homorhythmic outbursts.

2017 - 2018

Composing for three male voices, I drew from ancient Greek Byzantine music and Machaut's isorhythmic motet to explore the human voice's historical essence.
